President Donald Trump will announce new tariffs Monday of 25% on all imports of steel and aluminum, he told reporters Sunday, followed by an announcement on “reciprocal tariffs” later this week, as the president also suggested he still intends to impose tariffs on Canada and Mexico after pausing the implementation of those taxes by 30 days last week.
